Tire selection for all cars for practice tires only (first come, first served)
11:00 AM Mandatory Tech Inspection Begins for Super Late Models

All cars draw for Friday's Race Tires selection order
2:30 PM Safety Meeting
3:00 PM Drivers Meeting
3:30 PM Front Gate Opens

Practice Begins (1/2 hour rotation beginning wit SLM)

SLM Tire Selection Order Draw Closes
4:00 PM Super Late Models Select Friday Race Tires from draw order
8:00 PM Practice Ends
Friday - January 25th
9:00 AM Registration and Pit Sign-In
9:30 AM Pit Gate Opens – Hauler Parking – Mandatory Tech Inspection for Crate Late Models

Practice Tires for all cars and SLM Race Tires Only until 11:00 AM
11:00 AM Crate Late Model Tire Selection Draw Closes
11:30 AM Crate Late Model Tire Selection from draw order
12:00 Noon Drivers Meeting
12:30 PM Safety Meeting
1:00 PM Grandstands Open

Practice by Divisions (Rotation 35 min. SLM / 25 min. LM)
3:30 PM Release SLM Qualifying Tires
4:00 PM Practice Ends
4:45 PM Release Crate Late Model Qualifying Tires
5:00 PM Qualify Super Late Models - (South then North - all cars held in impound)
6:15 PM Qualify Crate Late Models – (South then North - all cars held in impound)
6:30 PM Super Late Model Select Saturday Race Tires from Friday Qualifying Draw Order
7:30 PM Pre-Race Ceremonies
8:00 PM South ASA Crate Late Model 25
North ASA Crate Late Model 25
South Super Late Model 100
North Super Late Model 100
Saturday - January 26th
11:00 AM Registration and Pit Sign-In
11:30 AM Pit Gate Opens – Hauler Parking – Tech Inspection Begins

Practice Tires for All Cars and remaining SLM Race Tires ONLY until 12:30 PM

12:30 PM Officials Meeting

Crate Late Model Select additional Race Tires from Friday Qualifying Draw order
1:00 PM Drivers Meeting
1:30 PM Safety Meeting
2:00 PM Grandstands Open

Practice by Divisions - (ASA 40 min. / SLM 50 min.)
3:30 PM Practice Ends

Saturday Race Tires Released for scuffing - all divisions
4:30 PM Tire Scuff Session for all cars (45 min.)
5:30 PM Qualifying for remaining car (if necessary)

Cars locked in go to tech  

6:30 PM All cars must be through tech and on grid for On-Track Autograph Session
7:30 PM Pre-race Ceremonies followed by Last Chance races (if necessary)
8:00 PM Crate Late Model Challenge 100 presented by GOODYEAR
To Follow Speedfest Super Late Model NOS Energy Drink 200 presented by GOODYEAR
